Hello world!

Smiley Hello world, here I am on Blogger!  I used to be on Homeschoolblogger, but now that I have graduated homeschool things are changing.  I am a homeschool graduate who is ready to take on the world, lol....hence the title of my blog, "Taking on the World".

Now that I have graduated, I am continuing with my job at Burger King and with my studies at community college.  Right now, I am taking two online classes for the summer.....Expository Writing and Intro. to Paralegal Study.  The Expository Writing is one of the English credits I need.  And, while I don't really need the paralegal class for my major, it sounded interesting to me, so I am taking the class.  While I was still in hgh school, I took many dual-enrollment classes at the community college, so I only have about a year's worth of classes left to take.  I will be graduating with an associate's degree in Business Administration.  When I'm done there, I plan on going to Bible college to earn a Bible certificate.  After that, who knows where the Lord may lead me.  I have various interests such as basketball, history, reading, government, and politics.  Right now, I think I might want to get a degree in restaurant management and start my own restaurant.  Lol, this is no surprise to my family seeing that I LOVE to eat all the time.Smiley

Along with work and college classes, I am hoping to go to summer day camp one last time.  Having played basketball with a recreational team for the past 4 years, I had attended basketball day camp last summer.  This summer, they have both basketball and golf day camp during the same week.  Hard choice there since I like both, however, I have not actually played golf....so I will be attending golf day camp this time.  My dad has a set of golf clubs he used to use but now I will get to use them.Smiley  I also will be going to attend overnight camp in August.  I have not ever been to an overnight camp before because we could never afford it before now.  I am really looking forward to this as there seems to be a lot of fun things to do there.  It will be kind of like having one final "hooray" before I start back to attending Fall on-campus classes at community college.

That's it for now, I have to work all this weekend plus I have some college assignments to do too.  Have a great weekend!Smiley
